Dealing with my debt has always stressed me out. It also is intimidating getting on the phone with these companies and trying to work something out with them. Relief made it easy to set up plans I could actually afford directly with my creditors and I didn’t even need to get on the phone.
The new update is amazing !
I was part of the beta program and the app was being worked on. I got the email that it was ready so I downloaded it again. Awesome job! Looking forward to seeing if the offers I submit go through!
Meh
Initially the app didn’t work. Now it works but the plans offered were ridiculous. Example - they offered to propose to my creditor a 50% reduction in balance in return for a $4200 (you read that right) payment over 4 months. I am seeking help b/c I am struggling…. not sure where the magic $4200 number over four months came from or how they thought I could reasonably afford this.
